We are looking for an experienced Software Test Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented self-starter with strong technical and communication skills.

The Software Test Lead will be responsible for developing and executing software test plans, test scenarios and test cases in order to identify software problems. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts, leading the software testing team, and communicating results to the development team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute software test plans, test scenarios and test cases.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.

• Monitor and document software performance.

• Lead the software testing team.

• Report software defects and issues to the development team.

• Test software for compatibility with other systems.

• Analyze user requirements and translate into test plans.

• Coordinate with the development team to ensure quality assurance.

• Ensure that software meets design and development standards

• Monitor software test environment and ensure its accuracy.

• Develop and implement software testing best practices.

• Develop and maintain test data and test reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of software testing experience.

• Proven experience as a software test lead.

• Working knowledge of software development processes.

• Proficient in automated testing tools and techniques.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
